Workstage is a national Design / Build and Development Firm with a primary focus on Green Buildings and solutions.
 Direct report to CEO, responsible for Project Management Staff assignments, development, mentoring, and Team Building, including departmental reports, employee files, and adherence to policy and procedure compliance.
 Responsible for conducting monthly Executive Project reviews with Project Management Teams to ensure compliance with project budgets, schedules, safety, and quality assurance and control.

 Worked with Attorneys to draft/ publish a Sub-contract and Consultant Agreements which included an extensive Terms and Conditions required to transcend multiple state statutes due to the fact we constructed in multiple states.

 Coordinated Phase I Environmental Studies in multiple markets such as DC, and Dade County, Florida.
 Conducted Feasibility Studies with our Development Department to ensure the viability of the project.
 Coordinated expediting of permits and inspections due to aggressive time constraints.
 Coordinated procurement of materials with our national accounts to ensure on time deliveries.

 Prepared front-end documentation, including defining bid scopes, and establishing guideline schedules to augment with A/E documentation.

Racksapce Managed Hosting – Office Building, San Antonio Texas 101 Million
Reclaim of existing Mall into office building. Demoed entire1 M sq. ft. of the Mall interior space and built out 90,000 sq.ft, which is currently occupied. Construction was suspended in the middle of Phase II, where an additional fit-out of 345,000 sq. ft. was being constructed.
MLN – Office Building, Wallingford Connecticut 32 Million
New 305,000 sq.. ft. office building. Completed “White Box†and Site Improvements.
MSU – Office Building, Lansing, MI 32 Million
New 180,000 sq.. ft,. 5 story office building. Raised Floor System
Metro Health Complex – Out-patient Facility, Grand Rapids, Michigan 11 Million
New 85,000 sq.. ft. Outpatient Facility which housed Radiology and Cardiology Services, which supported the Bed Tower. The project also consisted of a 58,000 sq..ft. Green Roof, which was the first Hospital in Michigan with a Green Roof. The Project was LEED Certified.
Building Hope – Charter School – 6-12, Washington, DC 11 Million
New 85,000 sq.. ft. (3) story pre-cast facility constructed on 2.5 acre parcel in 6 months.
