 Installed an online machine vision system resulting in saving a major account and $150K in salaries. System serves as benchmark in all manufacturing operations.
 Installed and programmed a production line using DeviceNet resulting in a reduction of change-over time from two days to one hour and a 30% increase in online production efficiency.
 Installed PLC technology to reduce manufacturing scrap from 5% to less than 2% while increasing plant production capability by 15%.
 Developed and presented PLC training program for production electricians to operate and maintain production lines.
