· Updated mechanical components in a stainless steel enclosure for a conversion process at Los Alamos. NM. The ARIES project is a dry process for converting to plutonium oxide for the DOE (Dept. of Energy).

· Coordinated structural layout and detailing of bunkers and buildings for facility upgrades at Los Alamos.
· Design of a fully automated manufacturing line in a glovebox to reprocess weapon grade Pu utilizing Micro-Station on the MOX project. The MOX (Mixed Fuel oxides) was a joint effort with Duke Cogema to construct a new facility at Savannah, NC.
· Generated drawings of mechanisms on conveyors and pass-thru tooling.
· Provided 3D views for clearance and isometric pipe drawings.
· Showed structural details of C-channel, I beams, W members tie into embedment plates.
· Made P&ID drawings and wrote BOM’S.
· Created working drawings of jigs & fixtures.
· Routing of fire protection piping and 3D isometric drawings.
· Showed exploded views of components to illustrate assembly.
· Prepared weldment drawings and associated drawing symbols to instruct installation on the
Plutonium Stabilization and Packaging System (PuSPS) at Rocky Flats using AutoCAD.
