• In February of 2010 I assumed the position of QC Program Manager for Pro Energy Services. My duties are to include the development and implementation of an in-house NDT program which will require the development of a written practice, training matrix and certification program for NDT testing personnel within the company. Additional scopes of my work will be to oversee QC operations at various international construction projects as well as develop a coating inspection program base around NACE accepted standards.
• In 2009 I was assigned to cover various QA/QC duties as a QA/QC Lead Inspector for PCI Energy Services. These included overseeing field welding activities at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station throughout the Winter/Spring 2009 APS’ Fuel Services Dry Cask Storage campaign, the set-up and preparation of QA oversight for an emergency job at Turkey Point and I oversaw the PCI QA/QC portion of the NRC demonstration at Byron for their Dry Cask Storage Program. I also performed the QA/QC oversight for PCI field activities of two spent fuel dry cask storage canister projects that ran concurrently in Virginia. I was then assigned as the QA/QC project lead for the Feed Water Heater tube bundle replacement project performed at Salem 2 during the fall of 2009.
2008-December 2008 Trillium Construction, Inc. Savannah, GA Contract QA/QC Manager/Inspector
• I was assigned to cover the QA/QC needs for Spirit Construction at the GP, Brunswick, GA facility’s Asset Optimization Project. I assumed this position after Spirit had not had any QA/QC representation at the site for several weeks and my responsibilities were to take over as the site QC Manager/Inspector overseeing the QA/QC needs associated with the piping field fabrication activities.
2008-October 2008 Pro Energy Services, Inc. Sedalia, MO Contract QA/QC Inspector /QA Engineer
• Assigned to cover various assignments as a QA/QC Lead Inspector overseeing field welding activities at or various nuclear power plants, including the St. Lucie, Point Beach, Wolf Creek and Cooper Nuclear Energy Stations. Certified to Level II in MT, PT and VT through PCI Energy Services in Lake Bluff, IL. One of my chief assignments with PCI was to serve as the Lead QA Engineer overseeing parts of the shop and field QA operations on a steam generator nozzle to safe end replacement project at Tomari Nuclear Station in Hokkaido, Japan.
2007-December 2007 DCR Construction, Inc. Lakeland, FL QC Manager
• Responsible for overseeing the daily QC operations as the Corporate QA/QC Manager for an ASME Code fabrication company, based out of their corporate office in Lakeland, FL. This company had (3) shop facilities in the US, and several field sites. Responsibilities included maintaining the QC system in accordance to the ASME codes, maintaining the requirements associated with holding “Uâ€, “R†& “S†stamps at the three facilities, handling daily communications with the clients, A.I. and company personnel. This company had undergone great growth during my employment, with the start of production work at two of the above mentioned shop facilities. My responsibilities included, as part of this growth, the development of a separate QC manual for each of the (3) locations, as well as the preparations and completion of the ASME/Joint Code reviews, enabling the new locations to be issued ASME and National Board Code Stamps/Certificates. As the QC Manager, I was also responsible for the QC department’s personnel at the various shop and field sites, and dealt with the day-to-day operations of those personnel. I was involved in the development of QC training programs for shop and field QC Inspectors as well as a QC orientation for shop personnel to emphasize the importance of involving the QC Inspectors in daily fabrication activities, as well as minimizing rework.
2005-2007 TIC, Southeast Industrial Region Fort Pierce, FL QA/QC Manager II
• Responsible for overseeing the daily QA/QC operations as the Project QA/QC Manager over the construction of the Treasure Coast Energy Center in Fort Pierce, FL. Responsibilities included pre-job preparation activity work, daily monitoring of civil construction activities, welder testing, and coordination of 3rd party testing agencies, vendor verification checks and preparing documentation for inclusion into the Start Up/Turnover packages. This project was a HRSG new construction which included the use of P-11, P-22 and P-91 Chrome Moly piping in the piping system. As the Project QC Manager, it was my responsibility to oversee and implement the ITP’s, welding specifications, Preheat/PWHT, Filler Metal selection and control, and the Welder Qualifications for the pipe welders involved in this part of the project.
2005-2006 TIC-Wyoming Casper, WY QA/QC Manager II
• Responsible for overseeing the daily QA/QC operations as the Project QA/QC Manager over the construction of (2) Produced Water Pumping Stations in the Casper, WY region, including pre-job preparation activity work.
• Served as the assistant to the Project QA/QC manager on a one unit HRSG construction project for Calpine Utilities in Mankato, MN. My daily activities included monitoring and inspection of field activities. This project was a HRSG new construction which included the use of P-11, P-22 and P-91 Chrome Moly piping in the piping system. As a part of my duties involved with the field fabrication of these systems, I oversaw and/or monitored the preheat/PWHT, fit up, root welding, final VT and NDE of all Chrome Moly piping welds. Also assisted with the daily maintenance of project documents, and monitoring of NDE subcontractors on this project.

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations for a regional Engineering & Inspection firm’s NDE-NDT Services department.
