• Simulated the reliability and life time testing of solar cell, under Ultra Violet, Infra Red, Visible Light and 1 Sun (real) for 1000 Hours, using NREL standardized reference cell under Standard Test Condition (STC), temperature (25OC), irradiance (1000 W/m2), air mass (AM1.5).
• Handled design and fabrication of different sizes of solar cells 0.25x0.25cm2, 1.0x1.0cm2,10x10cm2 to study reliability and durability under NREL standardized solar simulator and out door testing under 1 real sun for 1000 hours.
• Documented solar cell fabrication technique and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of various processes and equipments in accordance to Aisin (ISO14001, 9000/QS9000, 9001, 9002, ISO/TS 16949), NREL standards for its reproducibility.
• Implemented SPC to avoid the variation in efficiency and designed experiments based on these results.

• Enhanced longevity of solar cells 2 years by synthesizing polymer gel electrolyte with nano fillers used in Toyota Dream House project at Expo 2005 in Japan.
• Synthesized low sintering nano (9-25nm) TiO2 for flexible solar cells and Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) application.
• Developed efficient polymer gel electrolyte currently used in flexible solar cells.
