• Provide plant-wide set-up, installation, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, loop-check, start-up, and maintenance of instrumentation and electrical systems on high pressure gas-fired boilers (produce 250lb. & 900lb. steam flow), turbo-blowers, pump houses, water-treatment facilities, and service & maintain natural and blast furnace gas lines.
• Experienced with Moore, Honeywell, Foxboro, Yokogawa, and Rosemount instruments and all Smart Communicators; flow, level, temperature, pressure loops; Foxboro, Yokogawa controllers; Valtek, Fisher, Copes-Vulcan, & Masoneilan Valves; positioners, actuators, I?P’s; ABB Commander 1900, Eurotherm Chessell recorders; digital indicators, Sodium, O2 Analyzers, mass flow meters, stainless/copper tube bending.
• Experienced with AC/DC motor control and drives, 10 ton through 300/75/25 ton overhead DC crane operation, maintenance, and repair, 250VDC clapper boards ( P & H Cranes), various lighting, electrical drawings, loop and P.&I.D. drawings, schematics, and prints, 4-20mA through 4160VAC circuits, Industrial Power Controls.
• Limited experience with Allen-Bradley PLC-5, RSLogic5 and SLC-500 PLC’s, Panelview, RSView32, SCADA, and Wonderware.

• Performed plant-wide service and installation of various sizes of industrial hydraulic cylinders, bearings, motors, gearboxes, gears, brakes, and couplings.
• Also performed welding, light fabrication, and some pipe fitting.
