MICHAEL FLETCHER – VICE PRESIDENT OF TECHNOLOGY
Michael is the Vice President of Technology for Global NES, inc. and has brought technical assessment, design, and implementation expertise to the team. He is taking the lead in system design, supplier development and management, and provides significant support for implementation of projects. He is also responsible for keeping current with renewable energy technologies that are available for utilizing in a commercial application.
Michael’s experience leading to joining with Global NES extends from extensive technical experience working as an engineer in the automotive industry to leadership experience as the president of Japanese Engineering and Technical Translations. Michael has made many contributions in the improvement of quality of the components he was responsible for while working as an engineer as well as contributions enabling Japanese Engineering and Technical Translations to achieve growth while serving as president.

PRESIDENT, Japanese Engineering And Technical Translations, 2003-2009 – Developed strategy and direction for finding clients, established new clientele, and provided translations from Japanese to English for clients. Also served as Chief Financial Officer for 4 years.

LEAD QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER Visteon Corporation, 1999-2001 – led team of approximately 25 people in the quality improvement activities for a product targeted to a strategic customer. Team activity enabled a 10 fold improvement in the quality of the product delivered to the customer. Established testing process in Japan including fulfilling QS9000 requirements. Performed failure analysis on product returned from client. Provided customer support for product to Japanese customers. Team received quality improvement of the year award for Visteon for the year 2000. Helped develop an aging tester for product that was reliable and gave consistent results.

Facilitated communication between product design teams and customer.

APPLICATIONS ENGINEER 1995-1997 – Delphi Automotive Systems – Provided application support on customer application for ignition systems, air flow sensor, and cruise control.
