Industry: Utilities & Public Sector
Duration: 2009 - Current
Role: AMMO, PAS 55 & OCM Practice Leader
Responsibilities: Development of the Asset Management & Maintenance Optimization Program, PAS 55 Consulting and Training Program and Organizational Change Management Program for Vilinc Solutions, Corp. Designed the program, training, assessments, documentation, presentations and marketing brochures. I call potential clients and sit in on discussions with prospective clients, primarily nuclear utilities. Program is based around a foundation of Organizational Change Management where our SME’s work in conjunction with client counterparts in the areas of inventory management, equipment reliability and planning & scheduling to facilitate action team meetings where client personnel identify goals associated to a corporate or plant vision. The action team then identifies activities that will satisfy the goal and present a plan to a steering team for approval and allocation of resources. KPI’s are developed to monitor performance and everyone can see where their work contributed to the success of the vision. Participation is emphasized. Change is sustainable because the client personnel came up with the plan, they designed it they own it, they support it. Knowledge transfer is immediate and guaranteed.
