• Customer Information Integrated System; Create an strategic tool for Corporate and Kenmex top management. Is a System that manages Mexico’s customer information (personal, operative, sales, aftermarket and financial) to help them on decision making, the benefits are confidential.
• Kenmex Institute; this project is related to have a facility to make products exhibitions to customers, dealer personnel training, a Call Center, a hands-on training area, a truck driving simulation cab, an internal hotel and an aftermarket area. This project will maintain and increase the customers’ brand loyalty and lidership into the Mexican Market.
• T660 (New Model) Market introduction strategic plan. Design and implement a Kenworth facility customer visit program for 4 months. Result : 192 VIP Customers (215 people attended); 904 truck sold on this program with a limited budget.
Dealer Training Coordinator/Instructor(national dealer training coordination, department management, department budget, customer visit, customer training, plant tours, projects leader, dealer certification programs leader; leader of 5 instructors)
