TESTIMONIAL
“For a period of many years, I had the pleasure of working with Stephen during programming, design and construction of several projects developed by North Mississippi Medical Center (NMMC) in Tupelo, Mississippi. As a perspective, with 650 beds and more than 60 buildings, NMMC is the largest “rural†hospital system in America….Many of these projects were designed using the leadership, creativity and healthcare knowledge offered by Stephen Ladd. Stephen’s skills enabled very quick turn-around of design critiques and translation of users verbal description of program needs…From this focus, Stephen successfully developed user friendly, efficient, attractive and timeless facilities… As the initial designer for multiple NMMC projects, Stephen’s design talent was extraordinary, greatly beneficial and assured the Owner the greatest possible outcome.â€
