• Negotiated and developed $120 million proposal for a turn- key FDA - regulated pharmaceutical plant.
• Streamlined the development of an ambitious Due Diligence Study to formulate an opinion and identify the likelihood of project success and profitability
• Tactfully located and arranged for venture capital financing in the amount of $120 million and then secured an additional $30 million line of credit for working capital
• Persuaded the Siemens management team to remove the internal corporate boundaries for the purpose of utilizing the various Siemens divisions to provide a single source contracting solution for the customer

• Co-Developed a comprehensive plan to implement a series of Renewable Energy and Demand Side Management Programs for a major Midwest electric utility company.
• Wrote and received numerous grants from the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and the American Public Power Association (APPA) to document and educate the marketable advantages of Renewable Energy Programs for the Electric Utility Industry
• Spearheaded and formulated a network of electric utility allies to become aware of the Renewable Energy Alternatives and advantages for their demand side management objectives

• Worked with EPRI and APPA (grant utilization programs) to develop a Renewable Energy Program that could be easily transferred and duplicated for the use of other Electric Utility Companies across the Nation.
• Became an instructor and advocate for Renewable Energy Alternatives; presented at National Conferences and authored specification models for adaptability of Renewable Energy Alternatives.
• In this capacity I was instrumental in forging a path for passage of key initiatives related to adoption of Renewable Energy Legislation across the Midwest.
• Appointed to lead a team in the development of a Geothermal Loop Leasing program to enhance and promote turn-key renewable energy projects.
• In this leadership role I was able to develop a very unique skill set to include; negotiations with power purchase agreements, land acquisition, site evaluation, engineering and environmental studies, life cycle and financial modeling. I also had the opportunity to build relationships and consensus with legislative and community leaders acquiring the ability to articulate visions and complex technical issues to lay people.
