Summer 2007—Interned with Cornell Cooperative Extension to gather research for the final stage of a grassland bird habitat conservation project under the guidance of Dr. Paul Curtis and Gary Goff. The project involved various field work objectives, statistical analysis of data, and a presentation and final report written the following semester while in school.
Fall 2006—Assisted a post-doctoral student on a research project involving the common muskrat. Collected field data using GPS and compass coordinates, radio telemetry, and performed home range calculations.

SPECIAL SKILLS
Fluency in basic computer programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Database, and Outlook. Familiar with GPS, radio telemetry, and compass triangulation. Also, have knowledge and experience in data entry, statistical analysis, and field research.
ACTIVITIES
Special Olympics of Ithaca from 2006-2009. I was a volunteer swimming coach and attended monthly swim meets on weekends. I also enjoy reading, learning, and the outdoors.
