Senior Geologist/Hydrogeologist and Manager with over 18 years of experience in the environmental industry. Recently managed and conducted technical third party evaluation services for the Orange County District Attorney to ensure that service station underground storage tank investigation and remediation activities meet State of California requirements.
Wide-ranging professional experience in the technical and administrative aspects of site investigation, remediation, and closure, including: project planning and management; cost accounting, and report preparation; field data collection; data management, reduction and analysis; equipment and construction management; and permitting. Supervised field activities, reporting, manpower, and critical analysis for projects that span a diverse mix of soil and ground water remediation techniques. - Developed, coordinated and presented soil vapor extraction and bioremediation training seminar for the North Dakota Department of Health and Consolidated Laboratories.
- Evaluated remediation technology performance at petroleum-contaminated soil sites throughout Alaska, using Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation files. Recommended technology and technological performance improvements targeted for the Alaskan environment.
- Evaluated the technical/regulatory compliance of proposed PCB landfill cell design in Utah.
- Team leader for above ground storage tank RCRA Facility Inspections in Pennsylvania and Florida
- Developed and presented site assessment/corrective action training courses for underground storage tank programs in EPA Region II, VI, VII, and VIII states.

- Planned and conducted the RCRA Part B Permitting site assessments, resulting in closure of surface impoundments at copper recycling facilities in Georgia and South Carolina. Technical activities included: monitoring well installations, sampling, and abandonment; surface water sampling; and planning and conducting terrain conductivity survey to delineate an inorganic contaminant plume with minimal subsurface intrusion.
- Developed ground water monitoring plan for process and wastewater surface impoundments at a textile manufacturer in Virginia.
- Planned and conducted geologic and hydrogeologic characterization for siting new solid waste landfill for a paper manufacturer in Oklahoma.

- Lead geologist for site characterization drilling at Stringfellow Acid Pit NPL site.
