Upon joining Ember, was primarily accountable for strategic planning, increasing sales, and execution of major corporate reorganization.
Led company from technical bankruptcy to a $1.9MM profit in 18 months. This was achieved by consolidation of operations, divestiture of several companies, and the subsequent sale of accompanying real estate.
