15 + years of experience in the field of Nuclear/Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear
Power Plant Maintenance, Installation and Design.

Read and revision drawings, discussion with owners, architects, project organizations, understand target and find the best way to do the jobs, order necessary materials, tools, mechanisms, have technical discussions with operating personnel to ensure safe and convenient working conditions, explain the plan of the job for the subcontractors and workers, provide all necessary technical and administrative help and feedback for the personnel, ensure the quality, create programs, provide work report to Chief manager. -Developing of the programs of dangerous nuclear crane works and coordination of these programs with Government nuclear inspection.
-Developing of the quality control programs
-Audit and licensing of the equipment in inspection
-Coordination of technology of transferring new and spent fuel in Government Nuclear Inspection
-Preparing of final report documentation for the Government Nuclear Inspection.
Efficient management / supervision of:
2-3 engineers, 2-7 technicians, 15 – 45 repair persons
Plan, estimate, organize and control installations and operation jobs.
Work on multiple projects at the same time, meeting all deadlines.

- Built QTY=3 Nuclear power plants from 0 to Start.( Reactor with control systems, Pipe
lines from 10mm to 820 mm for water and steam, Steel structures frames, Fuel storage…)
- Install QTY=2 Polar Cranes 320+160+2/70 tons
- Install QTY=7 Bridge Cranes from 5 to 180 tons
- Replace and install new Reactors Upper block with control system.
- Replace and Install new Steam Generators.
- Replace Containment and Turbine room Structural Frames(Total weight +/- 270 tons)
- Replace High Pressure Steam Pipe Line with all equipments. Diameter 630 mm Total
length 280 meters
2002. Took part in the Project “Quality Control Documentation†for Rovno NPP – “Electricite de Franceâ€. I created 14 different programs for this project .
2003. Actively participated in the project USA – Rovno NPP. This included extensive repair and maintenance work. Twenty two (22) of my proposals have been included in the final reports as implemented ( BC International Inc. USA)
2000-2003 Took part in the Project Rovno NPP- CEZ Energoservis. Temelin NPP. CZ.
Taught 12 people to maintain, assembling/disassembling and refueling Nuclear Reactor
