• Master’s TOPIC: Simulation using HYSYS and Techno Economic evaluation of Natural Gas Transportation as LNG and Gas Hydrates (Methane Clathrates).

• Worked with the Process Engineering group to model pilot scale plant equipments using Aspen Plus. Developed P&ID, PFD, Sop’s, updated work orders, performed related calculations for Design Basis Memorandum (DBM) and Engineering Design Specification (EDS) phase.
• Worked with Senior Process Engineer in preparing process datasheets and creating design of experiments (DoE). Drafted and revised manufacturing and engineering documents.
• Simulated Multi-Stage Counter Current Absorber unit setup in Aspen.
• Responsible for engineering trouble shooting, operation and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis and Nanofiltration system. Supported process operations in Pilot and Demo scale.

• The project involved laying a pipeline to transport natural gas from New Mexico to Washington.
• Developed the conceptual layout and did the design calculations, altered the specifications such as pipe diameter and the number of compressor stations according to the pressure drop requirements. Optimized the cost of project using Cap cost.
Separation Process simulated using HYSYS process simulator:
• Simulated a multi component fractional distillation column and depropanizer to separate hydrocarbon liquids using HYSYS.
Advanced Thermodynamics:
• Evaluated Cubic (Van der Waals, Redlich-Kwong, Soave, Peng-Robinson), Non-Cubic, Virial Equations of state and their applications in predicting Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium.
• Analysis and validation of Entropy, Partition Functions, Non Linear Equations with respect to pseudo-critical components considering the phase behavior.
Advanced Process Control and Dynamics:
• Detailed analysis and simulation of Dynamic Matrix Control, Effect of P, PI and PID, Process Time, Gain and Dead Time on the process performance traced by sinusoidal wave graph.
