The project amenities included a club/leasing center complete with kitchen, business center, exercise room, pool and kids play ground area.
 Houston, Texas: Superintendent of a 258-unit garden complex consisting of 9 three story post tension, slab on grade buildings with brick and siding exterior finish and several freestanding garages, carports and a separate maintenance building that included a resident car wash. The project amenities included a club/leasing center complete with kitchen, business center, exercise room, pool and kids play ground area.

 Houston, Texas: Superintendent of a 296-unit garden complex consisting of 13 two and three-story post tension, slab on grade buildings with stucco and siding exterior finish and several freestanding garages and carports. The project amenities included a club/leasing center complete with kitchen, business center, exercise room and negative edge pool area.
 Houston, Texas: Superintendent of a 276-unit garden complex consisting of twelve two and three-story post tension, slab on grade buildings with stucco, siding and stone exterior finish and several freestanding garages and carports. The project amenities included a club/leasing center complete with kitchen, business center, exercise room and pool.
 Austin, Texas: Superintendent of a 296-unit high-density complex consisting of two casts in place parking garages and nine four-story wrap around buildings with stucco, siding and brick exterior finish and complete with three hydraulic elevators. The project amenities included a club/leasing center complete with kitchen, business center, exercise room and pool area complete with poured in place and redwood deck. The project included two fountains and several fully landscaped courtyard areas.

1998 - 2003 Lowder Construction Co. Montgomery, Alabama
Construction Superintendent
 Birmingham, Alabama: Superintendent of a 300-unit garden apartment complex consisting of fifteen two and three story buildings with stucco, siding, stone and brick exterior finish and several tuck under and free standing garages. The project amenities included a club/leasing center complete with kitchen, business center, exercise room, pool with trellis-covered areas, man made lake with two fountains and a children’s playground.
 Atlanta, Georgia: Superintendent of a 308 unit high-density complex consisting of three multi-unit buildings. Two buildings were built over post tension, poured in place concrete deck, one of which was over retail space and the other over parking. The third building was wrapped around a five-story cast in place parking garage. The buildings were all type V construction, metal/wood framing with stucco, brick and stone exterior. The project amenities included a club/leasing center complete with kitchen, business center, exercise room and pool.
1994 - 1998 Stanford Construction Dallas, Texas
Construction Superintendent
 Ft. Worth, Texas: Superintendent of a 189-unit high-density complex consisting of five three story buildings which were connected to a three story-parking garage. The garage was constructed using pier & beam with structural steel and poured in place concrete and included a hydraulic elevator. The buildings were post tension, slab on grade with brick, siding and stucco exterior. The project amenities included a club/leasing center complete with kitchen, business center, exercise room, game and audio/visual room and outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.
 Arlington, Texas: Superintendent of a 286-unit garden complex having thirteen three-story post tensions, slab on grade buildings with tuck under and free standing garages. The project amenities included a club/leasing center complete with kitchen, business center, exercise room and outside pool and Jacuzzi with two large trellis areas and gazebo.
 Denver Colorado: Superintendent of a 264-unit garden complex consisting of eleven three story post tension, slab on grade buildings. The project amenities included a club/leasing center complete with kitchen. Business center. Exercise room and pool.
 Austin, Texas: Superintendent of a 79,907sf hotel renovation erected on the banks of the Colorado River. The construction was pier and beam with reinforced concrete. Steel frame and concrete block with stucco finish. The tar and gravel roof was replaced with a wielded rubber system.
