Dry Etch Process Owner: Process engineer in charge of 4 to 7 plasma etches as part of the NAND Flash memory production process flow. Assure process quality and sustainability, while managing projects to improve yield, reduce variation, and/or lower costs. Expert on the AMAT Producer and LAM Exelan tool sets. Milestones included start up and ramp of the multi-billion dollar Lehi NAND Production facility, and successful implementation of 60% reduction in critical dimension over 4 product generations.
Micron Technologies Inc. – Boise, Idaho
2004–2006
Dry Etch Shift Engineer: Worked in the Boise Fab 1A dry etch area to facilitate the operation of a 24 hour production facility for NAND Flash, DRAM and CMOS Imager semiconductor products. Responsibilities included dispositioning and documenting quality deviations and process interruptions, as well as trouble shooting equipment and process issues.

Associate Engineer: Primarily worked on the Hose in Hose Transfer Line (HIHTL) contracts. Tasked with design and documentation of the purchase and installation of HIHTL systems to assure compliance to safety, environmental and engineering standards to allow the transfer of hazardous waste across the Hanford Tank Farms facility.
