I was responsible for the direct supervision of several large site work projects in the Central Fl area. My projects ranged in size from two million to over 60 million dollars each. I planed and supervised all work on each project. I was responsible for supervising up to 200 direct employees as well as all subcontractors. All my projects were completed on schedule and below budget and at a high profit margin. I supervised a 60 million dollar, 3 year subdivision project and earned over a 30% profit on that project.
1997-2001 Project and General Superintendent, Sealand Contractors Corporation, Road Division

I was involved in direct project supervision and was accountability for all activities of the highway and site work division. My duties included scheduling, hiring and firing, equipment acquisition, interfacing with engineers and the public, quality control and direct profit/loss responsibility.

I had responsibility for all field operations in over 1200 projects of up to five million-dollars each. I played an instrumental role in developing a small, three to four million-dollar per year paving contractor, into a major, 15 to 20 million-dollar per year highway and site contractor. I supervised up to 100 employees as well as all equipment and field purchases and reported directly to owner and president.
