BUSINESS INSURANCE CONSULTANTS (Dallas Cowboys), ARLINGTON, TX
Serve as the Director of Safety & Claims for the construction of the new Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Duties include overseeing Manhattan Construction and their safety program, handling all claims (Worker.s Comp and General Liability), providing necessary training for employees, chair the project safety committee, track trends/incidents and develop focused training, maintain compliance with all Federal, State and Local guidelines. Assist contractors with the development of site specific safety programs, the development of job hazard analyses, attend/speak at weekly safety meetings and work as a liaison between the Dallas Cowboys and Manhattan Construction along with their subcontractors.
November 2000 to December 2006
MANHATTAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, DALLAS, TX
Served as Senior Safety Engineer for a large General Contractor with eight offices nationwide. Duties include managing safety on a wide range of projects by providing training, site audits, claims management, incident investigations, and maintaining OSHA 300 Logs. Also develop and implement corporate safety program. Successfully reduced OSHA recordable rate by 78.4% over the past six years and have not suffered a lost time accident since March 2002. First General Contractor accepted into the DFW OSHA Partnership and developed 1st ever partnership on the island of St. Thomas, USVI with Puerto Rico OSHA. Signed a Partnership with Fort Worth OSHA Office July 17, 2006.

Served as the Director of Safety & Compliance for a third party logistics operation with eight domestic offices. Duties include maintaining compliance with all Federal, State and Local Regulations while completing training for employees and managing the construction and start-up of new facilities. Company went bankrupt six months into employment.

TEXAS ULTRA PURE, INC, MANSFIELD, TX (MITSUBISHI CHEMICAL)
Served as the Environmental, Health and Safety Officer for a chemical purification facility supplying the semiconductor industry. Duties included maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, including Process Safety Management, as well as conducting monthly safety meetings and filing annual environmental permits.
