Implemented New Technologies for BuiltGreenTM certified houses. Researched and selected geothermal heating systems, steel floor trusses, ICF walls, etc. Results: 100% of new homes have EnerGuide rating of 80+. Sourced new, higher profit clients.
Managed Project Team to develop new, innovative fuel cell stack design. Developed project plan including charter, scope, status report and budget utilizing expert peer options. Results: Facilitated team efforts to complete project on time and within budget. The design was patented.
Created Strategy for business owner to retire while maintaining current growth and profitability. Results: A confident path forward for the owner to relax and reap the rewards of his years of hard work.
Designed a combustion experiment for use in a NASA micro-gravity drop tower. Listed safety issues, designed load calculations for 20g forces, designed piping and pressure vessels for combustion gas, fabricated and built apparatus, constructed drop operation sequencing, tested device. Results: Robust design survived repeated drops gaining valuable micro-gravity combustion research information.
