I, Kandy A. Thompson, would like to submit my Resume for your consideration. I have experience as a previous Regional Administrative Controller and Manager for Manuel Concrete and Construction Co. (See Resume for details) I have more than 5 years experience as a Regional Administrative Office Manager. I am seeking a challenge, as well as, career.
As a previous Administrative Manager and Controller, I managed all bookkeeping, payroll, general ledgers, monthly closing reports, prepared financial statements and bank reconciliation for sole proprietorship. I am certified in Quick Books Pro / Small Business Solutions.
I am familiar with S1&A databases, Lotus Notes and Fox Pro. I am familiar with the navigation tools of MRMLS, such as Matrix, Smart Fax and Realistic Tax Software. I have provided Administrative Support to the Sacramento Board of Commissions; preparing the agenda, assembling background materials, taking minutes of the meetings as assigned; and transcribed dictation from a variety of sources.

As a Senior Housing Coordinator I provided housing options to the Senior Citizen community. Most of my clients had no family or financial planning. I was determined to find the compatible housing available to my clients. In 2002 I began finding supplemental and financial options, for my clients.
I am familiar with Life Care Funding Group, the Bridge Loan Program and the overall Life Settlement issues. My clients encouraged me to locate a home that provided the overall, healthily lifestyle, needed to acquire personal happiness, a personal trait that is commonly missing among the Senior Citizen community.
