• Obtained a total of 10 clients during the two summers by marketing towards potential customers by posting advertisements in local papers and by hand delivering my brochure to prospective clients.
• Used time management skills to make appointments to give bids to potential customers, negotiating with competitive rates to acquire customers.
• Provided 12 total bids, reaching an 84% success rate of accepted bids.
• Estimated durations, costs, and materials required for each renovation. Every project was on time and under budget, and delivered in a quality fashion.
