- KEY PROJECTS -
· Oversaw the construction of a $3M ground up new church steel reinforced masonry building first phase in Merritt Island, FL, including installation of the site streets, walks, curbs, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, grade elevations, swales, detention and retention ponds, guardrails, soil erosion control, exterior lighting, retaining walls, stock pile of soils and its placement and proper compacted lifts, domestic water, fire protection line and hydrants, etc.
· Spearheaded the timely and under-budget construction and on-site management of a 56,000 square foot $10 Million K-3 through grade 12 school with full court gymnasium and Christian sanctuary including site excavation, under ground utilities, testing, scheduling inspections and building through issuance of the final Certificate of Occupancy.
· Designed, developed and constructed a single-family home community with 56 home sites, with responsibility for Bidding, Supervising and Selling Ground Up Developments from Conceptual Design, Financing, Bid Coordination, Material Procurement and Administrative Management; prepared and presented the special exemption required from the city to authorize development.
· Served as the General Contractor / Developer for a 22 unit condominium project, with responsibility for the design, infrastructure expansion, local permits and variances, financing acquisition, bidding process, supervision, and the complete ground up finish and sale of the units.
· Designed and constructed a medical doctor family practice in Crawfordsville IN. on a parcel of unimproved land.
· Built to suit a professional office building for Prudential of America on a long term lease.
· Supervised the complete ground up construction of religious facilities costing in the range of $3M - $10M in states such as, Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, Rhode Island, New York and Kentucky.

· Received several accolades from clients such as the Pastor Gammons of the Woodland Baptist Church and the Owner of Myler Church Building Company for delivering superior work product.
