• Developed and implemented budgets in excess of $20 million for these operations
• Ensured safety and environmental compliance, handled both Union and Non-union workforces (500 employees), developed production and shipping plans, and set and achieved quality goals.
• Developed and implemented start up plan of Paint Line #2 at Beech Bottom, WV after bankruptcy.
