COVER LETTTER:
David Fulgham
I am a licensed Plumber I have performed various Plumbing Projects: two remodel projects in Langley, Virginia, CIA Headquarters, and remodel project for NCO and CO housing in Bowling Air Force Base, Washington D.C. These projects were from 1990 to 1992. I supervised a crew of 8 plumbers and 12 apprentices. Employer: Acme Mechanical-Quarry Rd, Manassas, Virginia
From 1992 to 1993 supervises 18 man plumbing crew for the construction of an outlet mall in Gainesville, Texas.
From 1993 to 1999 I spent this time supervising plumbing crews during construction and remodeling phases of 6 public schools, from primary to High School. In 1999 I hired on with Fitzgerald Mechanical running plumbing crews for a 2.5 year project building a 142 bed patient hospital, 2 surgical room, and a Triage (Good Sheppard Hospital) overseeing the layouts for undergrounding plumbing thru finished project. Part of this responsibility was the installation and supervising Med Gas Plumbers installing Medical Gas for 142 bed patient rooms and two new surgical rooms and a Triage. This project required reading and understanding the blueprints and project manuals, relaying this to the crew and inspecting their work to ensure the plumbing system met local code and engineering requirements.
After this project I worked on the construction (additional 6 story building) for Mother Francis Hospital, ran medical gas piping and oversaw work of 4 med gas plumbers and 4 apprentices. This work was performed under Encompass Mechanical which later was sold during the construction of hospital and became Polk Mechanical. From there I went overseas to Iraq.
