Work required knowledge of federal laws including NEPA, Section 404 permitting, RCRA, CERLA, CWA, NPDES and CAA. Several sites reclaimed under this program had low level radioactive material so selective handling of material was required. Drafted contracts and tracked expenditures with Excel spreadsheets.
