Summary: I am a confident and skilled leader who has a straightforward approach and is well liked by my peers and supervisors. I feel I am a good judge of character and a fair evaluator. Technically, I am well above average with an eye for detail and a good sense of design. Over the years, I have been asked to correct a number of unfavorable situations on various projects and have succeeded.
