Projects included military renovations and new construction. Estimated all divisions 2 – 16. Complete specification review and site visits across continental US
Achievements:
• Enhanced projects in the concept phase by arranging building plan to best suit the customer’s requirements and simultaneously reduce costs by keeping in mind the physical building envelope.
• Review all bids to create an accurate data base for future projects.
• Increased the number and amount of contracts from 15M the previous year to 30M.
• Reduced the Project Schedule by two months using selective construction techniques such as tip up panels and using components that incorporate several application requirements (using suppress drywall to achieve sound level specs in lieu of several layers of material)
