Responsible for all phases of commercial tilt-wall construction, to final projects for local general contractor.
Emphasis on projects to be finished ahead of schedule on extremely tight time frames. Projects range in size up
to 1 million square foot and include industrial, spec warehouses, design /build, and office/commercial. Areas of
responsibility included total sub-contractor control, employee supervision, and civil engineer/architect
communications. Worked closely with developers to include Myers and Crow, Lincoln Property, Trammel
Crow, and Primera Properties. Began career in the industry as a general labor and progressed to general
superintendent. Developed skills to include excavating, heavy equipment operator, layout engineer, total station
operator and project manager. Worked as a project manager approximately 3 years .( 2000-2003)
