Fifth, I offer my analysis of how the competitors operate; the construction of strategies to overcome the competitors from an approach holistic: qualitative and quantitative; the implementation of actions to get over the obstacles and the achievement of the goals of the organization, by means of the construction of labor agreeable ambiences and of wide meaning for the collaborators.
