Assisted Living Facility Renovation (2008 to 2009)  Budget: $3.5M
Renovated a 48 unit facility. Noticed errors on blue prints, worked with architect and engineer regarding these errors, such as elevation errors, new building sections mathematical errors. Facility demolition down to sticks.All new wiring, plumbing, doors/windows, new fire suppression system and build out of five new architectural towers. Abatement of all asbestos in facility. Worked with county government regarding easement of new front parking area.
Assisted Living Facility Renovation (2007 to 2008)  Budget: $2M
Remodeled three assisted living facilities at one time totaling over 300 units. Made several changes to the facility to bring it compliance with state and federal regulations. Complete renovation brought in on budget and on time. New lighting,flooring and paint. Demolition of several locations inside to create larger spaces.
