remodeled the office building, replaced boiler, hydronic piping, controls, air
handlers and roofing.

Remodeled doctor’s office and waiting room, 2000 square feet. Replaced floors,
walls, ceilings, paint, re-enforced foundation and footings, replaced structural
members, bringing the building up to seismic code.
