Led the entire field workforce assigned to the Compton Unified School District (CUSD) Schools Renovation and Retrofit project (4 supervisors/foreman and 27 workers) - work consisted of 24 separate subcontracts ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 each, which grew to over $1.8 million in total contracts over 18 months. Directed the successful build-out of 3 retail stores at the expanded Westfield Topanga Canyon Mall.
