~ Can manage all phases of development, utility installation, and vertical construction from concept and feasibility, entitlements & approvals, contract preparation and award, on-site construction management through contract completion and bond release.
• Often assist site and utility contractors in cost estimating, bidding and general project analysis.
• Prepared Safety Plan and setup safety program for medium size site contractor.
