Mr. Royer has more than 23 years of experience in multiple aspects of Procurement, Construction & Maintenance of Electrical and Instrument Control systems design. He has managed diverse projects ranging from commercial projects as small as $7000 to large industrial projects up to $5.1 million in value. His field experience includes interfacing with all levels of construction engineering to ensure coordination of safe design systems.
Mr. Royer has experience at seven DuPont Textile & Chemical facilities & 3 fossil burning power plants as well as several commercial sites. He has significant experience in the design and implementation of programmable logical controllers (PLC) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS). Mr. Royer also has basic knowledge of Substation Relay & Control systems.
He has also participated in the preparation of estimates, proposals and plans, helped coordinate field work, help implement safety and quality control programs and controlled cost and schedules.
Mr. Royer has saved clients as much as $750,000 on singular projects through the application of value engineering to shorten or improve schedule and has been recognized for outstanding achievements.
