Manage crafts and coordinate installation of all interior spaces. Including insulation, pipe, electrical, HVAC, outfitting, ship fitting, welding, paint, and millwork.
Serve as a liaison between the program management and engineering to production. Solve problems for the work force and assure a quality installation that meets the standards of a yacht.
Created a management system to track the status of the crafts and project estimated completion dates. This enabled the company to move manpower and order material necessary to meet project dead lines.
Perform field measuring to assure and verify that millwork and rough in package is accurate and fit in available space.
Work with outside vendors for scheduling and installation quality. Also assist vendor by referencing drawings to answer questions and solve installation problems that arise in the field.

Perform any form of carpentry from framing through finish trim. Also including exterior trim and decks.
Met with customers for sales and design conception handled all engineering, print creation, material lists and cut lists creation.
Hand crafted custom cabinets such as entertainment centers, complete kitchens mantles, tub surrounds, vanities, sink stands, book cases and anything else that can be made from wood for a residence
Handled company budgets, ordering materials, creation of bids and presentations with customer’s, builders and homeowners.
The Grand Rapids Mi. builders journal has a feature article of a home that I designed, built, and installed the custom trim and cabinets in. I have a copy of the article, pictures of the construction and the design drawings along with many more homes of the same caliber.

Managed and reorganized every operation on the plant floor for efficiency including veneer press, cnc, rough mill, assembly and trim out.
Redesigned and engineered on auto cad the entire product line to be more efficiently assembled, and finished for more positive flow throughout the plant.
Handled all special custom projects from concept to completion. Primarily the one of kind items that had to be hand built.
Worked with the owner to design and fabricate Jigs and fixtures to aid the ease of work and improve positive product flow.

INTERESTS
My interest include Puzzles I like to be challenged that’s why I think I enjoy construction and fabrication. I take a lot of pride in the work that I do. I also enjoy restoring old cars and trucks, I know how to weld, build engines, paint, body work, I have excellent problem solving skills if I take it apart I can almost always fix it this has allowed me to teach myself how to do many things and do them well. It is the challenge of learning how to do something and do it right that really drives me. The finished product is full of pride. My skills are not limited to just carpentry I enjoy creating things and having to figure things out. Thank you for your time.
