Included (6) – 16†Slick Road Bores and (4) Horizontal Directional Drills (HDD’s), (1) 1,850 foot HDD under a 4 Lane State Highway, (1) 1100 foot HDD Through a Multi-Million Dollar Housing Subdivision, (1) 400 foot HDD Beside a Daycare and Under a State Road & (1) 450 foot HDD Through a Multi-Million Dollar Housing Subdivision. This FERC Prior Notice Project Finished Equitrans’s Integrity Management Program for the H-152 Pipeline. Included overseeing (1) Pipeline Contractor, (14) 3rd Party Chief, Environmental and Utility Inspectors and Scheduling (2 to 4) X-Ray Crews Daily. I Escorted FERC Inspector’s through this FERC Project on a monthly basis without obtaining any E&S Control Plan Violations. The H-152 Pipeline is 42 miles long and lays in a half moon shape around the southwest borders of Pittsburgh, PA and serves gas to 120,000 customers through Distribution Regulators along its path. This is Equitrans’s most important pipeline and could only be shut down in small sections to allow the District Regulators to stay in service. Also, the H-152 pipeline lay through numerous multi-million dollar housing developments, golf courses, business developments and paved Interstates, Freeways, State and Township Roads. Over the previous three years I was assigned to complete the replacement of this pipeline under strict Federal, State and Local County & Township guidelines, under short timelines to remain in compliance with Equitrans’s Integrity Management Program. Furthermore, I was assigned other highest profile projects to manage from conception to completion along with this H-152 Project and completed them all on time and within the allotted budgets.
 2008 – Senior Project Manager / Chief Inspector / Chief FERC Environmental Inspector Overseeing the Replacement of 4,000 feet of 10†Bare Steel Pipe with 4,000 feet of 10†Coated Steel Pipe on Equitable Mid-Stream’s G-160 Pipeline in Clarion, PA. This project included a high profile Wetland Crossing.
 2008 – Senior Project Manager / Chief Inspector / Chief FERC Environmental Inspector Overseeing the Construction & Installation of a Two Engine Compressing Station with 1,400’ of 16†Coated Steel Suction Pipeline and 10,002’ of 8†Coated Steel 1000# MAOP Discharge Pipeline with a Pig Launcher and Receiver for Equitable Midstream’s Limestone Compressing Station Project. I managed all phases of the contracted construction of the Station and Pipeline from beginning to end following a 65 page set of detailed drawing plans and specifications for this FERC Transmission Compressing Station and Pipeline Project. Included overseeing (1) Compressing Station Contractor, (1) Pipeline Contractor, (7) 3rd Party Chief, Environmental and Utility Inspectors and Scheduling of (2) X-ray Crews. The Limestone Compressing Station and Pipeline was installed and in-service, delivering Natural Gas to Dominion Transmission Gas in 8 months.
