Identify community tolerant wind sites and bidding on relevant RFP’s for municipal installations.

Contract development and negotiation of individual landowner leases and easements for acquisition of several thousand acres of wind resource lands intended for utility scale wind facility. Commercial structural renovations, conceptual design, proof of constructability, and construction management for projects worth over $13 million. Largest project was the restoration of the cast-in-place concrete facade of the two 440’ tall 40 story condominium towers on Boston’s water-front which included replacement of 1,760 operable windows of 9’x5’ and structural repair of six vertical acres of CIP concrete on the I.M. Pei designed 1960's twin residential Harbor Towers. Revised construction strategy saved several million dollars from earlier constructability concepts and designs.

Downtown Boston commercial renovation projects included high-rise central reporting fire-alarm system, revamped high-rise electrical buss distribution with HVAC motor control centers for building services and two 500 kW emergency generators at Harbor Towers. Tenant fit-out project management and estimating for corporate medical facility and general business offices at 75 State St, One Post Office Square, and South Station. Supervised and coordinated mechanical systems installation and mechanical commissioning at Rowes Wharf/Boston Harbor Hotel.
ï¶ Installation wiring relocation saved over $200,000 on central fire alarm installation at Harbor Towers.
ï¶ Design recommendation saved costs in sprinkler system at South Station and preserved its ornate plaster ceiling.
ï¶ Installation redesign for installing multiple 500 kW generators at Harbor Towers resulted in 15% savings.
