• New Business Development
• Manage: scope, budget, schedule, safety and risk on all construction projects
• Manage all civil activities
• Ongoing evaluation of each construction project, including customer satisfaction
• Proactive and corrective action when construction project schedules are not being met and potential for cost overage exist
• Monitor project cost and provide Project Manager with timely identification of deviations from budget
• Liaison with Project Manager to ensure quality control throughout all phases of project
• Evaluate and determine appropriate construction methods
