Objective To obtain a project management position in the field of construction. My ultimate goal is to develop my skills, adapt to the company and move into a senior project management position handling multiple projects.

Achieved knowledge in all areas of the building construction management profession. Areas include computing, surveying, mechanical, electric, and plumbing, building codes, estimating, site development, scheduling, construction management systems, contract law and delivery techniques. Project Manager
 Responsibilities include review of project documents prior to project start date, value engineering of project scope, scheduling of project, qualifying subcontractor bid estimates for each scope of work included in the project. I wrote and executed all subcontracts for each major scope of work that is subcontracted out by RABASCA G.C. Other duties include the processing of all change order proposals, pay applications, cost projections, and monthly budget evaluations. Organizational responsibilities include tracking of all major project documents (i.e. plans, revisions, subcontracts, change orders, submittals, daily reports, weekly reports and on site weekly meeting minutes). Construction programs used are Expedition, Excel and Microsoft Project.

 Responsibilities included reading and interpreting plans and specifications, RFI submittals, contract review, material submittals and shop drawing review, daily coordination with all subcontractors, daily reports of all project activities, schedule tracking and updating, project close out documentation scheduling and coordination.

Construction programs used are Master Builder and Microsoft Project.
Superintendent (April 2005 – February 2006)
 Responsibilities include reading and interpreting plans and specifications, meet and communicate with owners or representatives, consult with architect and engineers about design problems and change orders, establishing and enforcing all safety measures to meet OSHA, schedule inspections, verify subcontractors scope of work prior to start, record daily project reports, time sheets, and expense reports. On-site estimating is required to check purchase order accuracy. The major responsibility is to coordinate, direct and schedule the work of all selected subcontractors and act as a quality control representative for the owner.
Estimator (April 2003 – April 2005)
 Responsibilities included preparation of bid binders containing (3) subcontractor quotes for every scope of work, writing purchase orders and performing all quantity take-offs necessary. Preparing preliminary budgets for owners and project managers. Architect and draftsmen were in-house, therefore consultations were easily obtained. Review and correction of plans with the architect was often the first step in starting the project estimate.

Field Engineer Project: Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club
Managed all office transactions and reports in the Rabasca job trailer. I recorded daily reports of all work done on-site and entered into file records on computer. I reviewed and filed all transmittal documents between engineer and G.C. I assisted in review of all progress payments and budgets submitted by G.C. to owner. I scheduled all weekly meetings with key players (Owner, G.C., Engineer, and Construction Consultants) and kept meeting minutes which were distributed following each meeting. Construction program used was Expedition.
