General Contractor, Construction, employed over 450 salaried and seasonal personnel bid and completed large-scale projects, government, and civilian.
HR Manager, 2006 to 2009
• Directed the Human Resources department with upward of 100 salaried and 350 seasonal employees, which included Employee Relations, Recruiting, Hiring, Communications, Promotions and Transfer, Redundancy, Record keeping, Compensation and Benefits, pensions, Bonus Packages etc, in liaison with the CFO and Payroll department.
