I certified connections to sewers and the avoidance/relocating of existing utility elements. Upon confirming psi, mix time, air and material temperature, I authorized placement of concrete.

• National Museum of the American Indian • $141 mil; New Smithsonian Museum of curved cast-in-place concrete. Implemented contract checklists and assured CD compliance in all 16 divisions. As a full-time site QC manager reporting directly to the Owner, I certified the preparation and installation of below/above grade waterproofing/roofing, supervised contaminated soil disposal and 1800cy compacted lifts backfill; I certified the installation of the Blueskin VB on CMU or curved cured concrete back-up walls, spray foam insulation on the VB; confirmed slab/beam/column rebar/conduit install/block-outs prior to concrete placement; and supervised the full façade limestone cladding (anchoring, shims, reject damage).

Performed daily inspection of full façade limestone cladding, structural glazing, sheet metal VB, and base-buildout mechanical equipment and elevators.
