Project architect for mixed-use luxury apartment building that includes underground parking garage, retail space, extensive amenities, and swimming pool. Project is part of the award-winning Twinbrook Station area master plan, which is a LEED for Neighborhood Development pilot project.
• Victoria Park at Sassafras Meadows, Salisbury, Maryland
Construction administrator for new construction of affordable senior apartment building. Role included conducting bi-weekly site visits and producing field reports, review of requisitions; responding to RFIs, and review of submittals. Project was completed on schedule and under budget.

for the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development, New Orleans, Louisiana
Worked with multi-disciplinary team to craft a strategy to redevelop a neglected urban corridor. Team developed recommendations, created sketches of proposed interventions, and provided a report to the Mayors Office of Economic Development.
• Morgan Boulevard Metro Station and Largo Station Parking Garage, Prince George’s County, Maryland
Developed signage packages for station and garage based on WMATA signage standards and requirements. Also worked with project team to develop details and draft construction documents.

Provided design recommendations, designed and drafted details, and assisted in the selection of finishes and fixtures during the renovation of an early 20th century Baltimore rowhouse. Clients sought to update and improve the house in a way that was both economic and environmentally sustainable while retaining the historic character of the property.
