This required construction management of the piping contractor’s pipe fitters, to install ~1,000' of 4" carbon steel pipe. Also was responsible for the installation of Sanyo No. 2 Control Room Project ($223,000). This required construction management of the civil contractor’s laborers to install the modular building. Also wrote scope of works, preliminary estimates, schedules, and sketches.
