Process and compact dirt for paving or finish grade (i.e. slopes and ditches). Supervise placement of drainage pipe and wall panels, drilling for soil nail placement, and set up line for main line and frontage road concrete placement. Oversee dirt placement for man-a-walk cranes to execute bridge beam placements and clean up after completion. Assist and oversee punch list completion on three of four phases. The “3A Project†was listed as the tenth best project in Roads and Bridges magazine.
Utility Foreman

Responsible for new location set up. Reviewed applicants and decided on their crew assignments. Coordinated detour set up and sign placement. Supervised dirt work, structure set up, demo, and traffic control.
Set-up Foreman

Supervised set up for the concrete lay down machine; set string line and hand forms for concrete placement. Supervised sub-contractors in the field responsible for rebar tie and saw cutting.
Utility Foreman

Assisted in new location set up. Supervised labor crew on clearing dense tree filled terrain and burning debris, traffic and easement control, dewatering, waterproofing bridges and tressels, maintaining no dig zones, and all environmental issues throughout the project, including public relations with property owners. Headed a crew on a special community project which consisted of clearing debris, landscaping, and drive repair for a local cemetery.
Supplied support to other crews as needed to help meet their goals. Supervised a second pipe crew as well as other duties not assigned to a Task Foreman. Responsible for final move out at project’s end, and returned with a crew to complete final punch list. Supervised one of only two crews who went the entire two-and-a-half year project without accidents or medical costs.
