Completion of one new building and three existing, which consists of loading Docks, interior fit outs, punch lists, pond reconstruction, and slab repair; Managed weekly job and safety meetings; revised two-week schedule; Take off

Set policy rules to sub–contractors; insured that man power was accurate for each sub–contractors so it would not impact the schedule; managed weekly safety and job meetings; revised two-week schedule on daily basis; generate rfi; take off and purchase materials; notified inspectional service for all inspections.
