Experience:
Project Manager / Owners Representative
[2007 – July 2009] SAXA Inc, Las Vegas, NV
Onsite owner’s representative managing several commercial condominium shell construction sites along with multiple tenant improvement projects simultaneously. My mission was to correct five poorly contracted sites with minimal resources, six total around 7-10 million. One site had a manageable, reputable GC, the other five were seriously lacking. From my first day the general had already poorly mismanaged and misappropriated funds on these sites however I was able to get certification of completions on all the commercial condominium shells with very little repercussions considering the circumstances.
