in the new commercial or industrial construction field.
Dennis Belton
Objective To obtain a key plumbing position in the Construction or Mechanical field.
Summary of qualifications
Plumbing Foreman/Plumber/Pipefitter
15 years plumbing/pipefitting experience in Commercial & light Industrial Construction. This includes Restaurants, Hospitals, Schools, Pharmaceutical Plants, and Government Facilities. Under my direction and team effort, every project I have been involved with has been successfully completed according to the scope of work, within budget and scheduling.
My extensive experience includes installing Plumbing Systems & various Mechanical piping systems from start to finish. Based on Architectural drawings and various changes, the ground work is installed at the correct depth, with the proper fall, and stubbed out of the ground according to the dimensions specified. The Rough-in stage of the project is critical according to where fixtures are to be installed. The ADA Code always supersedes all other plumbing codes on Commercial Projects. My favorite stage of the job is the Final. I enjoy double checking all the work while it is in progress so there is no room for incompletion. I don’t like having a ‘Punch – Out’ list. I believe if all the work is done the way it is supposed to be, within schedule, there shouldn’t be anything left to do as far as we are concerned.
I would be a very valuable asset to your company for several reasons.
1. My main goal is to do my part in helping your company succeed by getting the jobs done on time and within budget.
2. I am familiar with various piping systems and mechanical systems.
3. Whatever issues may arise during a project, my #1 goal and mission in life never changes; that is to get it done! One step at a time, one detail at a time, period.
4. I can get the job done regardless of who is working with me or under me.
5. I am very familiar with the other trades working on the jobsite and can coordinate with them to avoid conflict and loss of production.
6. I know the importance of loyalty and dedication. I take what I do very seriously. I take pride in everything I put my hands to accomplish.
7. I do exactly as instructed and continually keep my superior aware of progress and job issues that arise concerning progress.
8. I am the most qualified candidate for this position.
