SUMMARY:
I have acquired years of extensive and diverse experience performing many Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (industrial, commercial, residential), Phase 2 Subsurface Investigations, including Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) investigations/removals (GEOPROBE Investigations) and remediation. I have the proven ability to locate Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) and subsequently perform soil borings and/or UST removal, and site closures, as well as Asbestos Inspections, AHERA School Inspections, OSHA Facility Audits, Mold Investigations/Air Sampling (Air-O-Cell, MEA’s), Mold Remediation, Groundwater Well Installations / Development / Sampling, and most related environmental subjects. Through education, training and vast field and customer relations experience, I have attained the combined technical and communication skills necessary for successful development, coordination and implementation of environmental projects and programs, while obtaining long-term client relationships. I find myself in “sales mode” all of the time as well as prospecting for new business and projects. Additionally, I have established some long time clients who I will contact upon the new opportunity. I know I could benefit any environmental type firm with my Public Relationship skills, high morale, experience, and client driven attitude.
